Sound sessions can be a great way to clear through the feeling of being stuck or stagnant. If you choose, you can set an intention and use this time to allow the subconscious mind to process it.
② Follow the breath
Justin will guide a simple breathing meditation to prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation.
③ Lay back and enjoy the sounds
Get cozy and enjoy the immersive and healing soundscapes 🎶
Instruments include a 32" gong, an assortment of handpans, rav drum, didgeridoo, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, and more.
